Any Cranky Villagers Moving Out?

I'm trying to find a good cranky villager to replace Gaston with (he moved out today). Does anyone have the following villagers moving out? If so, may I come to your town and befriend them?

*Wolfgang (I'd really love to have Wolfgang!)
