Any bad/good Club Tortimer experiences?

Hi! So I've had New Leaf since 2017 and have never joined Club Tortimer. I was just wondering if anyone has any CT experiences (good and bad). I'm now considering joining, but as far as I'm concerned a lot of weird stuff goes on in the island

Is it worth it?

Or not

I don't want to waste my medals xD

I've been to Club Tortimer many times. From what I've seen, majority of people won't cause any trouble (they either say "hi" and continue with their own buisness or strike some conversation) However, there are definitely some creepybutts/hackers around.

In general, I'd say go for it!. Baddest thing that's happened to me was someone threatening me for personal info, but I just errored. I've also met some really amazing people on there too, so along with the goodies/tours of online island, I'd say its worth it.

Depends.

I've met very nice ppl on CT, and creepy/rude ppl.
CT also has exclusive items, so if thats what your looking for, go for it!

I've been to CT alot of times, but I've never really had a bad experience. I have run into a hacker though that was just placing tree stumps everywhere
