I think that there should be a group made for TBT vets, so the more mature members aren't bombarded with Noobs.

It frightens new members away, and then the old members eventually stop logging in (It has to happen at some point), and then either the website is abandoned or overrun by "noobs". The point of an online community is for all members to get along, not pointless separation.

I joined today, I don't think just because someone's new means that there any less different or under-educated then the rest of us. Equality is most important. But there's always those who fail to achieve the sense of belonging to others, and it's them that get separated from people, which is basically what your doing right now. Just my opinion.
