I'm all for saving the Earth, but it's becoming over the top. It's like an obsessive religion! So, when everyone turns off every light in their house, i'm gonna turn on every light in my house and post it on youtube. I'm tired of hearing "save the Earth by using florescent light bulbs that are more expensive and hazardous" or "use vegetable oil instead of fossil fuels".

My friends at school don't really care about all this Earth stuff either, only some of my classmates do but not much.

(i'm a vegetarian, dunno if that matters, well; no meat, lesser consumption, lesser animals, lesser methane-gasses, that's hypothetical due to the growing need for meat by the overpopulation of the world)

I actually don't see the harm in people saying; GO GREEN, YEAAH
But you got to contribute to a better and healthier earth, some people here are living CO2-neutral, by using wind/water/solar-energy (or power, don't know how i'd put that in English).

that whole "save the earth"-thing is just positive and that you want to be the little rebbel and put on some lights might depend on how you've been brought up ..
