Another Signature Question

I'm making a signature and want to put in a moving gif file, how do I put one into photoshop? Whenever I try I just get the 1st picture of the gif and it isn't moving. When I upload it will it be moving?

The whole image (signature) will have to be GIF.
You can't have a jpg or png image and place a GIF on top.
It won't work that way.

Thanks! I actually just kind of bailed on the moving gif thing. I've finished my signature, does it have to be on a website for it to work? Do you know any good websites I can put my signature on so I can use it?
