Another character

So, I have a second character already. But I am unsure if I should add a third? The extra space would be nice.
If I do add another, is this a good spot for the house? Nook already said it can be build there. I figured its a decent spot since it is out if the way.

I think that extra space is always nice. Also nice if you like patterns, too, and themes for you town because you can customize their houses appropriately.

And yes, that is a fantastic spot. Out of the way and likely you'll not want a PWP there.
