Today I went over discord to buy a genuine Valiant statue I needed to complete my entrance landscaping. At first glance the trading went smoothly, and then I displayed the piece on the floor and, oops. This isnt the real one, its fake. I payed the price of the real one for a fake one. x100 Nook miles tickets to be exact. Why cant there just be a distinction in the name once its bought from Redd? Ughhh!!! So annoyed!!!

That's actually really frustrating. Did the person you trade with know that it was a fake? I would talk to them and see if they can refund you, then give negative feedback if it can't be settled since it's not what you paid for
