Not sure, if so I wouldn't have changed it u got him from a cycle thread and haven't done anything to his house

I can hold Marshall and/or Ankha for you, since I have two save files, I can make him move when find the layout you like.
I might be able to hold another since yet another villager is moving soon.
But yes, holding the villagers would help my town rating get back up to the perfect status, plus, I would like to unlock more Public work project considering a majority of my dreamies have the same personality OTL;;;
