LOL that's so mean of them yessss TBT is the currency (and name) of the Forum we're on, and people will buy them for IG bells. I believeeee the rate right now is 3M in game bells to 100 TBT. You get TBT by being active (posting, voting in polls), and from doing art trades / item trades / making sigs, etc! You can use them to buy forum collectibles, which you have a few of! And you can also use them to buy in game items for a decent price, at least I think (5 TBT for one hybrid - that's like 2 posts!).
Ahh maybe not mean as much as caught up in their trading and not taking the time to respond. I should have just PMed you and asked because you've been very helpful to me since I started playing ACNL again a couple of days ago. Which I appreciate. Greatly.
Yes I do have a few collectibles using the forums bells (which I had no idea how I got, and no idea they were referred to as TBT and not just bells, heh). I keep looking at the shop daily though and there's never any new items and all the good stuff is sold out? So what are people actually doing with their TBT? Missing the point, there's only so many pears I could want.

Oh I just earned 7 TBT. Neat! I didn't realize I was earning something from just posting. I guess I thought I did something special on here before I took a gaming hiatus and I really had no idea how I earned the ones I had. How cool.
