Selling Ankha (Not in boxes)

Ankha is currently in my town but i'm not sure if I like her all that much, I was wondering if anyone would like to "buy" Ankha or perhaps trade her. If you would like to trade I want: Rosie or Julian. If you do not have those villigares I want maybe like 10-15 million bells or I'll do an auktion. The reason I'm posting this is to see if there is any intrest in Ankha.

If you would like to do a buy-out now and reserv her it will cost 25 million bells
