I just received news from my neighbor Ankha that she is leaving Boston on May 21st. I really do like this character, but she is in a very bad spot in my town and I need to move her house. She has almost all of the original furniture (if not all), and she is wearing her original outfit. However consider that this is subject to change. Just a warning...

I am willing to sell her for about 200k or I will take a blue rose or blue pansy. PM if interested!
