Animated Avatar not working

I just bought the animated image thing and it's not working, which is weird cause it says it's active and when I open the image on my computer it's animated, and I also uploaded it on photobucket and it's animated on there too.
I tried uploading it from both my computer and photobucket, but every time I do, it's not moving.

I'm kind of curious if it shows it's animated to anyone? And if not, what do I do?

I believe the image has to be exactly 100x100px for the animation to work. Try resizing and see if that fixes the issue.

It has to be in the size limit.
100x100
and with width extension 150x100

Right, it has to be exactly 100x100px. It should work if you shrink it down to this size.
