Animal Crossing Pet Peve

it's actually peeve* and mine is probably villagers moving out so randomly/rapidly, and also the way they plot their houses lol

Ah, where to start...

-You can't choose where villagers live
-You can't force anyone out if you don't like them
-You can't change the colors of buildings. You're stuck with whatever the town randomly generated for you.
-You can't choose how you want your map to look without resetting.
-It'd be nice if we had campers more often.
-MORE STORAGE PLEASE OMG ;^;
-30 PWP limit
-Jocks could have been made less annoying and repetitive.
-All the personalities in general need to have more personality to them, like in Wild World.
-No mods on Club Tortimer
-You can't convince a villager to stay when they're in boxes.
-You can't get a villager back without cycling through 16.

there are a few things that bother me, but the two that really stand out are the villager void and grass deterioration ... they both bother me so much and while the former is a huge (and scary!) hassle to deal with, grass deterioration is really distracting and disheartening ... :c i wish nintendo would get rid of both in the future.

Probably just how the villagers seem kind of one dimensional and repetitive... I still love them, don't get me wrong, I just wish they had more personality and things to say.

This is going to sound so shallow, but ugly villagers. I know that they are all essentially the same and that this one normal villager who is hideous is just as sweet as this other adorable normal villager, but I feel like there are a surplus of villagers who really need a paper bag accessory to throw over their heads. Most of the other annoying things about the game I can totally see the point of them building into the code, but I can not fathom why they would want to make some of the villagers they have made... thank goodness for the ability to invite in villagers from other people in NL, as opposed to essentially being completely at the mercy of the game in previous editions so you have some control over who you are stuck looking at and interacting with in this version...

My biggest pet peeve would be villagers moving in on paths.

Mine is Club Tortimer, just why.

I've actually met some really cool people using the Turtle Club. I like it, and I want more of these weird experiences everyone's talking about for the entertainment.

The repetitive dialogue can grind my gears at times, especially since I tend to play every day.

Otherwise, biggest pet peeve is definitely the lack of storage. And yeah, the 16-villager cycle definitely comes second to that - though it wouldn't be as big of a deal to me if villagers like, sent LETTERS or Isabelle would tell you on start-up whenever someone is thinking of moving, rather than having to talk to all the villagers and go through the big rigamarole or w/e

everything here.

let's see, what else...
-the same repetitive dialog for the non-villagers(Reese, Blathers, etc)
-the non-villagers having no interactions outside their spots. Isabelle partly avoids this due to festivals.
-a little calendar/notebook function to save info(villager birthdays, DA's, coffee preferences, etc) would be great
-unable to save patterns from other towns that weren't made there. so very frustrating.
-more pattern slots would be nice
-Mr Resetti. Period.
-the number of times they want me to give them a new catch phrase or greeting. ugh.
-lack of villager interactions with environment
-Club LOL close at midnight
-lack of choice for facial features
-no choice of skin tone
-hairdo's are vague and expensive
-gardening area in store needs more room and stuff
-Timmy and Tommy. Period.
-more produce options would be nice; vegetable farms, more random items(like the mushrooms), etc.
-no actual use to badges
-can only get gold nets and fishing lines once you've got one of everything, thereby making them kinda pointless
-can't use silver & gold equipment on island, thereby making some of them kinda pointless
-hardly any functions to the coffee shop
-it'd be nice if we could maybe design our own furniture
-no ability to lock a villager into staying; so many dreamies lost :(

Loads of stuff.
- Why do I have to risk picking up villagers from the void every time I visit another town
- Why can't I choose where villagers move in I'm the mayorrrrr
- I hate it when I try to pick up something and I end up kicking the pattern next to it
- Why do the shops close so early
- Villagers changing clothes/furniture/catchphrase randomly
- Each bell bag is 99000 bells rather than 100000
- Disliked villagers are still wandering around in my main street
- Isabelle why do we never have enough space for a PWP
- I wish I could make my dreamies stay forever
- Or at least have Isabelle let me know that theyre thinking of leaving before theyre actually in boxes

The fact that like ALL of my voided villagers now live in my boyfriends town. He just started and like four of my villagers moved over there from the void...I wouldn't be surprised if the one that just moved decides to go to his town, I had to pop over for signatures and I was like, "Oh hi, old townspeople." At least they recognize you but, I didn't want most of them too... (Go die in a hole Boone!)

There's just so many annoyances, I'll just list the major ones.

My #1 peeve would have to be choosing the map at the beginning. I had to restart 3 times because I didn't like the map choices I got and eventually settled after the 3rd attempt from being so annoyed at restarting. It would great if we could just choose any map from the possibilities.

My other peeve is landscaping. There's several pet peeves in one for this. Paths, trees, and flowers shouldn't be removed when a new villager moves in. Why it can't be a permament object unless the Mayor decides to get rid of it is beyond me. And rocks, ugh rocks. If it's not in the way of my path it's in the way of my bridge.. ahh, so frustrating!

same! that is the only reason why i use it XD if i get beggers, troll them or i just leave, people trap me and ask for bells i drop like 500K then flip the switch e.c.t It's very funny to get these weird experiences, i kinda want more of them!

I'm going to say:
-The villagers talk starts becoming repetitive very quickly

-Any shift in time kills turnips. So when I play at 11PM, none of the shops are open and I can't change the time or my turnips will die.

-When a villager plots right in my flower beds.

-The public works projects limit.

and last but not the least...
When a villager pings to move out, and when you agree to let him he decides to stay.

Someone else mentioned it, but like from the GameCube version, I really miss having a notebook that has all the events put in for you and you can add events to it. I really want that back.

I also hate that I can't choose where people put their houses without plot resetting.

Honestly, the only thing that really drives me crazy is that I can't skip the dialogue faster.
Seriously, I tap my toes like hella whenever I'm mashing the A+B buttons together.
