Animal Crossing has surpassed 3,000,000 copies sold in Japan

Whoever made the final decision that Animal Crossing should be delayed deserves a rise.

The game released at the right time, where many people where looking for something to do due to COVID-19. This combined with FOMO, was the perfect recipe that could not have been recreated to this effect if it released last year like it originally did.

I myself bought the game Day 2 after release even tough just a few weeks before I had 0 interest in it. And I'm still playing and loving it. It's that good.
