Animal Crossing Amiibo Cards

So I got a normal Kapp'n Amiibo Card for free from the Happy Home Designer game when it first released. However, when I scan his card, the only option is "Give me something!"

Shouldn't there be another option for Kapp'n to visit the Campsite in an RV or am I using the wrong amiibo? This is the card I have. https://gyazo.com/7204f8ebbb09ed23d53eca2b4d9c6593

im pretty sure scanning his card will just get you his picture
