He's tier 1, and I usually do auctions for tier 1 or tier 2 villagers but don't worry I will leave a link in here that will direct you to the auction.

Since he's not tier 1 or 2 he is free, just let me check he if he hasn't accidentally voided, if he hasn't as long as you can get back online before the end of the night he is yours.
