An unanswered question about cycling.

I used the guide, but I need to know, do I need to have the 100% Citizen satisfaction for my villagers to move? I have 9 in my cycle town, and want to move one specific villager into my main town, but no matter how much I TT and no matter how few or many days I travel at a time, no one will move out. Do I need my mayor license?

Well sometime it's just better finding one who will move out
But in one time I don't have 100% and someone wanted to move
And what I did was
Pay the 10k and the 39k
And talk tortimer before having a 100%

Have you completed the tutorial dialogue with your villagers?In conversations with villagers in a brand new town,they'll just give you tips on living in your town at first but when they stop doing that and start speaking to you normally(asking for favors,trades,etc.)the tutorial dialogue is over and then they should start asking to move out.

Sorry I didn't revisit the thread sooner, I got the permit anyways, and began cycling lol

It will have just been because you didn't complete the villager tutorial although I've found having the permit to make things quicker anyway, so I always try and get it first each time I reset the cycle town. Glad you got it sorted
