Buying An artist for an original piece I have in mind.

I'll pay in bells, TBT(Which is why I posted this here. Including it seemed appropriate.) I want someone who can take an original concept, use reference images I have and bring it to life. PM me for details if you're interested, with prices, and we'll see what we can work out. This isn't a banner or wallpaper, and I'll likely ask for a sample of your work to see if we're compatible.
