An Abnormal Situation

My favorite personality type is normal. Yes they can be boring, but I love the sweetness. I am realizing, though, that having 4 normal villagers may be too many. I do still need a peppy or *shudders* uchi. I am contemplating letting a normal go. However my four normals are Fauna, Maple, Molly, and Aurora. The first three I sought out and obtained. The fourth, Aurora, is my only remaining original villager and was a villager in my gamecube town that I always treated with respect and kindness. I guess if I'm not willing to let them go, I shouldn't. I just feel like my town needs more balance. Meh.

Unless you want a certain type villager for a specific pwp, you don't have to force yourself to get different kinds. I adopted two uchi's in one of my towns mainly because they have the pwps I really like.

Part of the problem is that I'm noticing I don't love a lot of my current PWPs, but as I was cycling and villagers were pinging I found myself saving them all lol.

Is there something about uchi's you don't like in particular? I have Deirdre and Fuchsia and they're both quite sweet, actually.

I just got Maple tonight so I wouldn't let her go. I got Molly a night or two ago and I will not let her go either. They were really hard for me to find for the past month. Well Molly was. I suddenly had 3 offers for Maple in the past day. I was thinking about Aurora but it would feel like betrayal. She always sends me letters.

I can't let Fauna go either. I really only have had her a week or two. She was the first villager I really looked for actively. I guess I'll just have to accept that I have 4 normals and not willing to get rid of anyone in my current town.

Is there any other Vllager you wouldn't mind losing or..hardest thing I did was letting my Lucy go.she was my norm in city folk and so sweet and cute but when it came down to it..I would say Aurora as you know her and maybe make a new friend. Uchis get a bad rep sometimes they are my personal fav..one is enough but they are good for every town. I will recommend my favorites in case you chose a uchi: Fuschia, Pashmina, the two uchi sheep, Cherry dog, and Phoebe..but I think you would like Fushcia or Pashmina..but I think this one hangs on Aurora..do you have her picture?

Its ok to have 4 normals, as long as you are ok with not getting certain pwp! The only thing is, and I speak from experience, the interactions can get redundant. By that I mean that all 4 of them can start saying the same thing, sometimes on the same day. It sort of destroys the illusion that these are "real" villagers. I mean, we all know they are not real but at least when all of them have different speech patterns, you can delude yourself!

No I don't have her picture yet. I really have Aurora because of nostalgia. I had Cherry. She's in my void. She was one of the few uchis I'd tolerate along with Phoebe. I met Fuchsia in a dream and I thought she was ok too. Honestly I've started laying down a path so I decided to focus a bit on my town. But if I get really bored it may be Aurora that has to go.

lol. I wouldn't get rid of anyone, not yet at least. Don't TT or anything, but if one of them pings just consider it. I always end up accidentally putting a lot of one villager type in my towns too, I love normals also. but I don't really mind, I don't like uchis that much either, not even because of their design but Phoebe was slightly rude IMO (I think the better word is blunt? idk.) so if you reallly want a uchi you can go for her maybe? or Pashmina, she's pretty cool also. c:

Honestly I would get rid of Molly or Fauna, and replace one with an uchi. They're not bad! They're really nice, how can you not love them? I'd personally choose someone like Charlise, Pashmina, Deirdre or Paula for you. Also, you have a lot of popular villagers, so you could maybe give a less popular villager a chance.

I'm not a big fan of uchis...except for Agnes. She's awesome. She's a sassy black pig and she's not rude, like some of the uchis can be. Personally, I'd get rid of Aurora because I don't think she's cute at all. That's only my opinion, though. I know you like her a lot and that's what matters. Since you have 4 normals, that means you have 5 or 6 other villagers. Could you let some of them go instead?

I would wait for a while if she just moved in and the, eventually, let Molly go. Don't let Aurora leave if she is your only original and you clearly like her so....
Or just let another villager go, who's not normal, and replace the with a peppy or uphill if you really want. Besides, who don't really need either of those anyway. Keep the normals if that's what feels right..

I can safely attest that Deirdre is very sweet and is quite cute, also with Fauna they will be very happy together. Her look grows on you, once you realize she's the most normal-looking deer.

I have two lazies and two normals, and I need no PWPs from either. I have them because they are who I like best. In the end, make your town the way you like it. Four normals is not uncommon at all, most people love them the best. ^^

Maybe you should let go the one that you talk to the least? that way it might be easier for you to let them go.
