Am I the only one with tons of miles but have nothing to spend them on?

Yes. What are we supposed to do with them all? I occasionally use NMTs for trades but apart from that I have 175k in nook miles sat there doing nothing. I might start trading for the different colours of all the drinks machines etc. but it doesn't interest me that much.

Main player on Island 1 has 330,000 miles. Main player on Island 2 has 220,000 miles.
One extra player on each island used their nook miles to buy bell vouchers to pay off their loans. They have about 120,000 miles and one more house payment.
Early game main player on Island 1 bought all the Nook Mile recipes and crafted them for Island 2.

I have 200k. I don't really redeem any of the items anymore but I keep doing some of the tasks just so that I can call myself a mileionaire at some point. :D

I have almost 200k. I'm saving them for whenever my next big hunt is, since I'm looking for one villager specifically (you'll be mine one day, Dom) and I'll probably burn through a bunch of tickets to try and find him. I probably should start turning them into tickets though, because I have no intention of getting anything else.

i have 300,000 and am in the same boat! like someone said before, i wish i could buy from other islands' machines and get their variants!

I have around 177k right now... I kinda like saving them and watching the number go up, but then I think about if I ever need to use them for villager hunting and the pain-stacking process of printing them one by one and just.. shudders

Nope, I’m just grinding them and I have around 370k nook miles (thanks, dopamine). I could use them to get exclusive diy recipes and furniture I didn’t bother to get yet. Even then I’ll still have a lot of book miles in the end so they’ll just sit there I guess.

Noooo I also made a topic complaining about this just a few weeks ago. At the time, I was complaining that i had reached the 100,000 Miles Milestone and didn’t know what to do with them. Now, I’m nearing the 200K milestone and I still don’t know what to do with this crap.

Unavoidably, it’ll reach a point where they legitimately have no uses for anyone, though. MEOW coupons made sense when they were introduced as they were meant to sort of reinvigorate the New Leaf world until New Horizons came along and it did that job well. Nook Miles, though? I’d be surprised if I even bothered completing the daily tasks a month from now, I basically already skip the ones that aren’t easy for me to do anyway.

Since I have Amiibos, so far I've been going up and down between 210k and 160k nook miles. I usually find a thing or two every other week or so here on TBT to spend a few miles on.

Yeah, I'm sitting at over 260k miles, plus I already have about 30 NMT on-hand. My problem is that I rotate villagers super slowly (since I try to get their photos before they move out), and the few villagers I have gotten rid of I moved out via camper. So I haven't been able to go island-hopping for villagers in about two months.

So I just keep racking up more and more miles, with nothing to spend them on. That said, I figure it's possible I'll need to use all my miles for tickets if I ever really decide that I MUST find Lolly naturally. Though of course, I could probably trade for her here for less than 35 tickets.... making extra tickets useless.

Yeah I was approaching 300,000 before I forced myself to start converting them into nook mile tickets (even though I already had plenty of those as well lol).

I hope they eventually release more nook mile furniture/DIYs/features in the future so I can dump the rest of these. I’d imagine they never planned on us bulking up on them so quickly (thanks quarantine)
every once in a while they add new items to buy with Nook Miles like on July 3rd they are adding the Nook Inc. wetsuit

I have 360,000 and something with no use for them whatsoever at the moment lol Before I got all my villagers I was planning to change them all to tickets and go island hopping but the process of buying each ticket one by one is .... no.......
