I have had Gulliver on my beach 4 times this week, I thought he was a random occurrence but now I have four prizes from him to show for it. Is it because the damn rain won't stop, or am I just super lucky?

Honestly, I don't know! But I think you are super lucky regardless. Unless he is giving you all the same gifts...
Well, even then that wouldn't be so bad because you could always give away or trade the extras. I always have to remember to check my beach every so often for him. I have a private beach that he sometimes washes up on and if I don't have my wetsuit on me it's a real pain. I guess I can be thankful that in that particular town of mine I have Booker to tell me.

I'd say you're unlucky, but I detest Gulliver 
Every time I get that "someone was washed up on the beach" dialogue from Booker I groan. I had him this morning, and I never feel that I can just ignore him and not do the quiz, so I'm looking forward to another piece of horrible kitschy crap in my mailbox tomorrow.
