Hello, I hope everyone is well!

My villagers keep wanting to move even though I have done nothing to try and make them unhappy?
I only started this island on the 10th April, I have 10 villagers and a 3 star island. I have used the terrain tools to modify a lot of land. Could this be upsetting them?

I have not moved any of their homes, and I speak to them each every day. I give them items where possible and send them letters. Just yesterday Bree asked about moving even though she had only moved to my island three days earlier :(

I appreciate I can force them to stay in the dialogue, but my concern is I am not playing correctly as I understand from many youtubes and forums that most people think it is to hard to get villagers to leave without using tricks?

Kind regards

Ant

There's always going to be a villager asking to move, it's just part of the game - to ensure that if you want to get rid of a villager, you can. You're not doing anything wrong :)

no, you arent doing anything wrong! villagers are programmed to ask to move out. theres no way to make them unhappy enough to move or happy enough to stay. if you want them to stay, just deny their request - theyll never move out without asking you first :)

I believe it’s random a villager will just ping to move out even if your nice to them so you can change them at anytime

Thank you all for putting my mind at rest!
I guess I've just read too much into it all and it seemed more apparent to me since I don't want anyone to leave right now

Now to get back to planting more flowers 😃
