Am i crazy?

At least it's not drugs! XD

But you guys are really lucky. In the retail shops in New Zealand, Animal Crossing still goes for around $60-$75.
I had to buy mine online because it was way cheaper...around $50. I'm still wondering how I got a second copy :/

That is a bit steep.I wouldn't be able to have more than one copy if it were that much where i live. The only reason i ended up with my other two was because two of my relations didn't like the game and sold them to me for really cheap.

Best thing to do is to pace yourself and not regret what you do if it makes you happy as long as it's not hurting anyone or it makes you lose sleep over it :d.

I think other people would have the same mentality about this game, in that they spent a lot of time and hours into the game decorating and building up their houses and towns and they don't want to delete their effort... If you're very OCD prone, you're almost always never satisfied when it comes to creating stuff and trying to make everything pixel aligned perfect. I'm like that too sometimes when trying to put things together like furniture and paths. There's just so many things in the game you can customize to make it a nice looking unique town.

It's fine now and then if you feel like showing them off too. I bet people would buy less copies of the game if there were a few extra separate save files for additional towns in a single cartridge.

TheGreatBrain,

It depends on you personally. It's hard to put that out here in public because no one can walk in someone else's shoes. I do give thought to the fact that, someday, this will come to an end [for me].

I have four game copies. I am getting rid of my second town, Progress, and transferring wanted villagers from that town. So, Progress hasn't been reset by me. Not yet. But, lately, I'm thinking I should reset it anyway. (I've only been successful in transferring out three villagers thus far. I want to transfer from Progress at least six.)

This is controversial to mention. But I'll submit it here anyway: The game of "Animal Crossing" is overly involving.
