Alternatives to Waifu 2x? Photo editing app suggestions please!

Have you edited your New Leaf screenshots in Waifu2x?

Do you use any other photo editing apps to smooth out the pixels?

Apps, settings, links, etc. would be really helpful!

Ive used Photoshop before but I?d really like to edit photos on my phone or tablet.

Heyo ^^ I used Waifu2x for editing my images then do some touch ups in FireAlpaca {used to use Gimp, both are free}. I don't know any other editing apps that smooth out the pixels better then Waifu2x so I hope that someone else does, would love to use other apps.
