See how person did the letter right after A?
See how person#2 did 2 letters after A?
Now, 4 the part on how u lose. there can be 10 players in one round. you have 2 sign up 4 a round. the order u sign in is the order of ur turn.

so me goes first, someguy goes second,and this guy goes third. then goes back 2 me.
if its ur turn and u say Z, u lose.
