Buying All cedar saplings (Christmas lights)

I'm not sure whether the ones with lights are limited, or if they come out that way if you plant it during a specific time frame but that's what I'm looking for! Buying A LOT!

I don't have any but all Cedar trees have christmas lights but ONLY in December. Also, Remember that they can only be planted on the North side of your town so you don't have a bunch dying!

not sure but yeah they can only be planted in the north side, they wither the closer they get to the south. anyway, i have 20 cedar saplings and i'll sell them for 10k each.
