All Cat Town?

I love cats so much and I don't know if I should aim to get an all cat town.

I'm not sure if they are too common now and I'm scared I will miss having other villagers BUT I LOVE CATS SO FREAKING MUCH!!

What should I do?!?!?

I've seen a lot of all cat towns, i don't think its common but it's not really rare either. You should definitely do it if you like cats though and luckily the cats have all the personalities.

I'm wondering that now myself. I've turned my old cycle town into an all dog town, and I'm wondering if I will like it as much as my mixed-up main town. I think part of the problem is that I adopted them so fast I haven't gotten to "know" them as well. I'll give it a month or so to see how it feels.

I love cats too and that would be a dream come true to have a town full of cats. I have two as of now in Cat Cove, Merry and Mitzi and I intend to hang on to them for as lonng as I can.

Why not? If that's what you like, do it. You can always change it up later if you decide a cat-only town gets stale.

I think all cat towns are pretty common. They're probably more common than towns full of other animals. I actually erased my previous town to make an all cat town, but I haven't made it yet due to spending the past few days constantly map resetting because I'm trying to find a perfect map. Good luck with your town when you make it though!

I had an all cat town once
But I got really bored after a few months and wanted some variety. Now my town has 4/10
Cats and it feels right thanks to some other animal variety

My friend has an all cat town basically. Ironically cats kept moving into my town so I let her come into my town and pick them up. I don't think it's very overdone, it's your town and if you like having an all cat town, make it an all cat town

If you want an all cat town, go for it ^^ You can have other villagers while you're getting cats, and if you decide after that you want other villagers, then you can just move some out.

I don't know if it's popular or not, but I don't think that should matter. If you want it, go for it ^^

I seriously thought about doing this. Especially after that cat groove video, I realized how much I love so many of the cats in this game.

But it's going to be a lot of work. I think you'll still experience the other villagers WHILE trying to get all the cat villagers. So try adding the cats one at a time and see how you feel.

I've already got all my dreamies so I don't want to lose them. But if I play the next AC game, whenever it comes out, I think I'll def try for a cat town.

It could get expensive if you want some of the high tier cats like Ankha,Rosie and Lolly in your new town but fortunately,there's a lot of cat villagers in New Leaf so you can have a really good town without spending too much.I recommend Merry,Olivia,Mitzi,Kiki and Rudy and if you can deal with her unusual looks,Tabby.
