I would really love to have him! I feel so lucky somebody is offering a gorilla. Pecan leaves my town tomorrow (the 27th). I have no experience with doing this as I just started playing again last week so I might need some assistance; will we be good to go the day she moves out or do houses take longer than that to despawn?
