Yes, provided when he is in boxes, you are first to comment for him ; w ; In my opening post, I have a section about reserves/holds and what not. I don't fancy taking reserves but I will accept a reserve for 60tbt >o< His price for tier 1 is 150tbt :>

Yes you can! I am more lenient with T5. I only have it at 100tbt because they are harder to come by for people as opposed to T1 which seem to be a dime a dozen ; v ;
If the person who asked for Marshal first doesn't reserve him, may I? He's next on my list for my new town
