So I spent a good four hours yesterday plot resetting a Dreamie. In fact my ultimate Dreamie (Savannah, she is adorable). She never plotted close to where I wanted her but did plot to a couple of acceptable spots (as in not on any hybrids, fitting in with town layout). I decided to persist as I really wanted her in the South of my town where my other Dreamies are.

Just before bed I thought I'd try a few more ... And in my tiredness I loaded up my Mayor.

She was plonked right in front of my police station on a stripy pink and black Rose flower display :(

There is nothing I can do is there?

Kicking her out is not an option! I'd rather get somebody to hold her and reset my whole village!

I it's screwed up the symmetry of everything and taken out a row of shrubs too.

Damn my tiredness. Damn Savannahs silly plot choice. If she wasn't a Dreamie she'd be gone!

That's really unfortunate. Like Wonder said, there's nothing you can do anymore at this point. For what's it's worth, you're definitely not the only one this has happened to. I hope you can either work around this or find someone to hold her for you!

Protip to everyone: don't plot reset when you're tired.

If you have enough space (basically not a full village of dreamies) then you could do the 16 villager cycle. It's not the end of the world!

I have to do the 16 villager cycle because a random Skye decided to plot in a horrid area and I already had a Skye that I won from a cycling thread in my cycling town being held for when I finally made a town.. it's not that hard.

I'm sorry this happened to you. :( I suggest doing the 16 villager cycle, if you have enough space and patience.

Ahh, that's really too bad! If you really want to reset, there are plenty of cyclers here who I'm sure wouldn't mind holding Savannah for you. If you had items or anything that you wanted to be held while you reset, I could do that for you in Forest! It's full of dreamies unfortunately, so I can't hold Savannah but it's pretty much an empty town because I started it recently and just wanted to get all villagers first. :]

If you do decide to reset after you find someone to hold her, PM me and I'll hold all your items/bells/whatever you'd like while you do it if you don't want to lose anything.

Don't worry about it. I only got the hang of plot resetting in my last town when I was putting in my final two villagers. You can still make the placements work! c: I know I did.

If it bothers you too much though, then you could always get someone to hold the villager for you so you can cycle 16. Try, try, try again.

I feel very bad for you. Try your hardest to rearrange everything, doing the 16 cycle might take a long time. Relandscape the entire vicinity if you have to.

Thanks for the support everyone. I'm going to try and re landscape the area, if I can't make it work it's a 16 villager cycle. I think I've unlocked too much stuff to be able to contemplate a reset! :)

I was plot resetting last night too.Deirdre kept putting her house in the worst places.I didn't think that the game would put a villager soooo close to the train station and bulletin board.A couple of times her house was squeezed between two pwp's.I was getting tired, and I feared that I would load up the mayor on accident. So I was extra careful, and finally her house was placed in a good spot.Sorry to here about your accident.Keaton placed his house in front of my police staion a long time ago.I'm used to it being there now.I just placed some flowers around his house, and pulled out the rest of the bushes he didn't squash in front of the station.
