Admin Assistants

Since Admins are busy from what I've been hearing from Bulerias, maybe they could have assistants to help them. You know, to get things dones quicker around here. Or stuff like that. I mean, they have to be interviewed and stuff. But yeah, you can say MODs and stuff do that, but they just patrol the forum and stuff, and Sages are examples of good members, to set a example for newcomers and stuff. So, what do you saw about Admin Assistants.

P.S. They would just be a normal member, just helping a Admin.

Not to be rude but that's a horrible idea. Admin's are supposed to be busy. And if a normal member would be eligible to be an "admin assistant" it kinda sounds like they should be a Sage.

Also, what do you mean by mods patrol the forum, don't they do stuff too? Like plan...help make decisions for the staff, there in the staff. And Sages aren't really supposed to be examples of good members...they are good members. Yeah, I guess it sets an example towards new members, but shouldn't normal members be doing that too?

@ PKMNMasterSamus: Well, how am I supposed to know what MODs do anyway? I thought they just patrolled around. And Admins make the most changes, because I think they are the only one that can add on to the forum like new sections. MODs don't gots the power like that (I think).

And I wouldn't call Sages good examples if they wern't good members.






@ STORMTROOPER8888: And yeah, what STORM said, they wouldn't get powers at all, just be a normal member, just equivelent to a regular one, not sage or anything to staff, just someone normal. And they could help some things like, for example, if you were looking for a, Video Player to make little shows (this is a example), the assistant would dig around for one that would be good. Or could sort things out in Alphabetic order, if there was a long list. Or numerical. Stuff like that. Or just, for example, remind you of transactions, if you were to busy to go there, or show you to take notice of things, like reports to you.

@ DarthGohan1: I don't really know what Globe MODs or reg. MODs do, so sorry if I offended you. But I wouldn't make a good assistant, since I'm not on TBT alot, or very helpful. >_<

@ Xemnas: Well, the choice isn't reall up to you, but if a Admin who needed one found you suitable in interview, then you could be one. Its all that would suit the Admin that you are being interviewed by.

Well I think if we need help to do all the little tasks in something, it would be stuff in the ACP. And we can't give members access to that.... because then they'd be an Admin. So I dunno.

I mean, they wouldn't have ANY powers. They'd just do the work, while you did the most important, having them do minor/semi-minor tasks. You would just do the part where you add it when you revised it as ok, with your powers.

The idea of a member with the no special powers but the name admin assistaint is stupid.

Everyone is an AA as long as you don't spam so thier job is easier.

I help the admins a lot, atleast I like to think. If they really need help from someone they will ask.

Yeah, like what Minoranza said, you can't really help them...

I really don't like the idea because most of the stuff the admins need most help in would be the Admin CPU. If a normal member was able to get in there they would be able to change everything.

I don't see it.
