Adding Googles +1 to TBT

Yes, but adding Google +1 would be more for advertising as people wouldn't like others posts, they would just like the main site, and then it would help in advertising,

You wont +1 posts, you would just +1 the home page, so when people who have your google account go check it out, they will see TBT has been +1'd and they might go check it out.
