Wilted Black + Water from Golden Watering Can = Golden
TULIPS
White + White = White
Red + Red = Black or Red
White + Yellow = White or Yellow
Red + White = Pink or White or Red
Red + Yellow = Red or Yellow or Orange
Yellow + Yellow = Yellow or Black
PANSIES
White + White = White or Blue
Red + Red = Red or Purple

Umm...I think some of this is ACCF.

"Red + Yellow - Black or Red" noo, red and yellow is orange, red, or yellow.

"Tulips: Red + Yellow = Red or Yellow or Orange" red and yellow tulips is red, yellow or purple.

My thoughts exactly. Orange tulips never existed in Animal Crossing.

He could've at least added some examples on placing the flowers.

X is flower, O is posible place it can pop up. Keep nothing were one could pop up, because the more possibilities the more likely you will get a hybrid.
