ACNL with a plot

Anyone ever thought of making their own little plot(story) in-game? I have one now that involves saturday's Bug-Off.

I think most people have their own story that they make up as they go in their head. I know I do. I like to imagine what my villagers get up to when I'm not around.

My characters have their own story. I've been thinking of writing a fanfic for it, but I've got other stuff to focus on ATM, so it probably won't happen.

I tend to be very imaginative when I play video games... Animal Crossing is certainly not excluded.

Yes, and it changes everytime I make a new town. My current town, though, is similar as my last town, and It's just "My mayor and his friends moved to a new town and they're starting fresh" Idk I don't want to go into detail.

i don't have a plot but semi certainly does. his story stuff is in under the comic tag or limbo-dt tag. acnl tag is for related acnl stuff, like doodles. a+++++++ art style.

Well, my mayor is also a Halloween witch.I don't really think of her as evil though.She has a room where she makes her spells, and a library with all her spell books.Monsters hang out at her gold mansion to party and play pool.Kids hang out in the basement to enjoy a Halloween party.I kind of think that the other characters like Snow White and Cinderella don't go over to the witches side of town.They kind of live in their own little fairy tale world.

Yes! I do this in my head with like, every game a play. My characters always have some story. For example, my side-characters in Honeymoo are both aspiring designers who've moved from nothing to the big town to pursue their fashion dreams. I'm so weird.

Yes, I do have little stories. Basically, just the story of the friendships between me and my animals IS the story for me, really. That's why I get so attached to the villagers. Al just moved, and I'm sad to see him go. But I'm really excited to meet a new friend.

Oh, I know they aren't real. But sometimes these little animals are better then pretty much everyone I've ever known IRL.

I just think of some New Leaf plots as a spiritual sucessor to the Animal Crossing movie.
(Yes, I love that movie so much. Why do you ask?)

I don't at the moment but after scrolling through mayorvillager's blog on tumblr I'm really tempted to restart my town and do something similar... I think it'd give me a fresh perspective on the game if I was creating little stories and drawings based on my OCs and the funny little things that happen in the world of acnl.
