Hey guys! So something bizarre happened to me, and I'm not sure if it's just my game messing with me.
I'm well aware of the TTing methods for resetting a villager plot. I know TTing isn't the best method of playing the game, but I'm currently in the past (July 31 in-game date) due to a hiatus I took over the summer, and I didn't want to risk any of my favorite villagers moving out.
On July 29, I had Phoebe as my camper, and got her to accept to move in. Normally the process of a camper moving in is that it takes one day after they accept before a plot appears the next day. So I TTed a day forward (July 30), did whatever I had to do before resetting my time to 5:55 am since the town automatically restarts at 6 am to a new day (which would have been July 31). Upon starting a new game after 6 am, I found where she plotted her house, and didn't quite like where it was, so I did the plot reset trick by rinsing and repeating. But when I entered the game again, her plot was still in the same plot, AND her house was already there. I restarted a couple times, but to no avail, her house remained. I also took note that the date remained on July 30, even though it was past 6 am when it should have automatically updated the town to the next day. I ended sucking up to where her house was and continued on with my game, but I don't know if this is a one-time thing or simply an error. Any feedback would be helpful!

I'm very grateful that you replied! xD I often see people face problems when they TT to plot reset, so I was just wondering if I'm losing my head over this or if someone has experienced this before.
