Hello, I have a few questions:

-Can you get puzzle league items twice in one town/game?
-How do I get white festive tree? Its a mystery to everyone apparently...
-How do I get black roses?
-When does gracie show up?

2. Apparently it is a rare item that Harvey sells. I'm also trying to find it haha
3. If you breed red and red roses, you should get black!
4. Gracie shows up when you have the TIY upgrade of the store. She will show up in your plaza and if you pass her fashion check 4 times, the shop will upgrade to T&T emporium and grace will be on the top floor with her shop!

I believe the white festive tree, was a limited time event for spotpass, back in 2016, when the welcome amiibo update had firstly official. But, you can always be welcome to ask peeps on here, when seeing a shop that might sell that item. Trust me, I would like it to. :3

Yeah! I think it's a limited DLC SpotPass item from 2017 that you can get by setting your 3DS to December 1st (North America, or Japan), along with 15 MEOW coupons. Almost every shop on here has it though, so there's no need to time travel. I think you'll be fine

No, I think that's just put into the game to make them more lively. You have an increased chance to get their picture by doing favors for them, and talking to them!
