hiii everyone!
soo, i've seen some people sell in-game acnl items on etsy.
i was wondering if i should do the same thing, but make it more professional and a full-time thing.
this would be for earning money to get my rabbit neutered.
do you think people would buy? prices would be no more than $5.
thank you!

I think it would be a great idea! I'm not too sure about it being full-time employment, but if you're dedicated, I can see someone making it a comfortable side job. :D Especially for your goal there.

I have actually purchased bells/furniture from Etsy for my game. The towns were hacked, though. You may have to do so too in order to have good, stable stock (billions of bells, rare/regional/unavailable items, villagers on-demand, etc). There's a pretty big difference between a Re-Tail thread shop and an Etsy shop. You may be able to do it without hacking- but you'll have to keep on top of everything consistently.

Aside from that, your prices sound fine. You're going to want to tailor prices depending on the product to compete against other sellers. Most of NL products are $1.99-$5, so you're on the right track.

Yada yada, I'm done. lol. I'm sure you know most of this anyway. But there's nothing stopping you this. Good luck!

I've only purchased the fan made Sanrio set from Etsy. It was a decent price too.

Go for it. :)
