About Campers

I have a question about campers in the campsite. So if today is January 12th, and I get no campers, so I load the game, then quit, TT to the 13th, get no campers, and then TT back to the 12th and make a new file, is the town already set because I already loaded the file on that date, or is it just bad luck?

Nope. When TT out villagers, I pretty much go through only 4-5 days of the same week
So if I start at 12th and get to the 16th or so to get a villager out then go back to the 12th, it's like a different day and I sometimes get a camper
