about blue roses

I ve read on the guide that you get them from orange + purple, but it never seems to work
I also tried the red roses 2 method, no result so far.

Can someone help? I think it's the same with purple pansies and tulips, never got one

Blue roses are a bit tricky to get... You need 2 red roses to breed them BUT the 2 red roses must be offspring of a red/purple cross.

You get 2 red from orange and purple and breed those together to get blue.

I managed to breed my own blue roses like this:

orange + purple = red (1)
orange + purple = red (2)
red (1) + red (2) = blue

It took me months before I got my first blue rose (I was so happy!). Make sure to keep those red roses appart from other red roses, and water them everyday. Good luck.

You need to get purple and orange roses to make hybrid red roses that will then make blue roses.I suggest to do this on a part of the beach that your villagers don't go near when tying to make hybrid reds as there is no way to tell the difference between them and a normal red rose.

Fertilizer and Jacobs ladder are 2 use full things you might want to add.

Honestly, I'd just skip all of this breeding madness with the "special" red roses, buy 2 blue roses on Re-Tail, and use fertilizer on that. I'm serious, saves you time and it doesn't cost much more than 99k, if that.

There are probably different ways to get blue roses - I'm just posting the one that worked for me. Yes you can replant it somewhere else, just don't get it mixed up with other ones.

Blue roses are like the final boss of Animal Crossing. I felt really proud when I managed to breed my own. ^_^ I like how challenging it was.

What's the reciepe for purple tulips and purple pansies?

I used 8 orange tulips in a square with a Jacobs ladder for a purple tulip. Finally got my 2nd one today.

For purple tulips I think I got mine with 2 red tulips.

Hybrids can be confusing haha but they're so much fun! (I wish there were blue tulips)
