Abnorbal sleep times?

ugh i need to get organized
my self made sleep schedule is to wake up at 6 am and go to bed at 10 pm
but i can't get myself to do it, i usually wake up at 7 and go to bed at midnight, but on weekends i have a pretty good schedule of waking up at 8:30 and going to bed whenever
 
Well, when I work I normally get little to almost no sleep.
I refuse to sleep a lot. I have either art to do or games to play.
So on those days (Sat-Tues) I'm literally a zombie.

However, when I'm off I sleep most of the day, lol.
I think I was just born to be nocturnal.
My schedule when I'm off work is around 5am-4pm.
10am-7pm is when I work... so yeah, I hardly get any sleep for most of the week.
 
12:00AM - 7:30AM on weekdays
4:00AM - 12:00PM on weekends
 
Well on Monday I got to sleep at 5am and woke up at 8am and I had 10 cups of coffee to wake up even though the first one woke me up anyway woops
 
it's 3am right now and why am i not asleep.

damn it.
 
sometimes i go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 7 am and sometimes i go to bed at 5am and wake up at 11 am

idk it kind of depends on my diet
 
Mine is irratic, some nights I get to sleep at 12am other nights I'll sleep from 4am -8am, mainly it's due to insomnia. I'll take sleep where I can get it.
 
Due to some really, really awful stuff that happened two days ago I haven't been able to get a proper sleep lately. I'm unmotivated to do anything and it takes meds to knock me out. Even then I've been having back to back night terrors that have me waking up unable to breathe and feeling like I'm going to throw up.

So I just haven't been sleeping.
 
when i was in high school i slept from 11pm-5am (swim practice before school)
but then i hit first year at university and my workload was so heavy that i ended up sleeping whenever i had time which was usually 3pm-9pm now it's a little butter but it's still hard to break the habit of staying up all night.
i think i general sleep from 3am-10am now

If I go to bed before 1am, I feel like I've wasted moonlight.
Always end up waking up around 8am.
And I love naps.

That is worrisome.

I try to get regular sleep... Before I quit my job it'd be something like 11PM/12PM - 8AM and it would drain me all workweek, so on the weekend I'd sleep for like 14+ hours.

Now I'm trying to keep to a schedule so I don't screw myself up, so usually it's 12AM/1AM - 9AM/10AM. I royally screwed up my sleep schedule when I was in uni and I don't want to do it again!

I feels you. One time something i did wouldnt stop haunting me
I was constantly disturbed by it and didnt get much sleep
But i cant even remember what it is now, and mabye thats for the better
