hospital sucks ugh so my sleeping patterns are up and down
like last night i got to sleep at 12:30AM and woke up at 9AM
that's probably the best night I've had all week
the day before it was 1:30AM-8AM
and I stg the day before was 3AM-7AM???
one night I was too ill and I literally didn't sleep at all and I fell asleep at 12pm and woke up at 4pm
I use to sleep from 8 am-1 pm. Sometimes it'd go up to 10 am-2pm. Everyday, for the past 2 years. I'm just getting normal again and I sleep from 2/3am to 10/11 am.
If I have school or work in the morning, 2:00/3:00am - 6:00/7:00am. I'm always groggy and tired through the day, but then I just take a nap when I get home.
I have a very unusual sleep pattern. I sleep 8-9 hours, but the time I go to sleep and wake up is an hour or two later each day. So I cycle between periods of being diurnal and nocturnal. It's actually a disorder, and it is part of the reason I can't have a normal job and can only work at home.
I usually go to sleep at 9:30-11:00 PM on school nights, and wake up at around 6:45ish AM the next morning. Lately on weekends I go to sleep at about the same time on weekends because I haven't had much to do... Before I would play Minecraft with my friend and skype until like sometimes as late as 4 AM, but now we kind of both lost interest in the game. Then on weekends I usually wake up from 8:30-10AM. Any later than 10 and I feel like my entire day was wasted lol. I am weird.
Mine's pretty normal, although school and procrastinating delayed my regular sleeping time to 1-2 am. Then I usually wake up at 8-10 am since it's summer here. If there is school though, I wake up around 5:30 and there are some times where I will even sleep at 4 am.
