A trend I've noticed while cycling (about "movers")

So I've been cycling quite a bit in my 2nd town and I've noticed the following trend -
The moving villager can always be found outside upon loading the game for the first time. That's provided that you load the game for the first time when all the villagers are awake which I believe is after 11 a.m.
Since I don't talk nearly as much with the villagers in my 2nd town, they usually only ping me when they are moving in which case, the first to ping is always the mover.
In my main town, however, since my friendship is much higher with all the villagers, I have found several times that another villager would ping before the "mover", which delayed the "mover's" ping.
I just thought that this was useful to share. It seems the game is programmed to put the mover outside when you first load the game - I'm not sure if this is common knowledge but it wasn't to me.

Well, true anyone outside can ping you, but I've mostly gotten pings from those outside that doesn't wanna move. But yeah they might delay it if they ping, but in that case they shouldn't ping you about stupid swapping stuff crap

As I said, if your friendship with the villagers is high, they will ping for many other things (trading, catchphrases, gifts, etc.). But the mover should be outside upon loading the game so if you step back for 5 mins and walk in front of the villagers again, the mover should ping you.

omg this I wanted to try and see if someone with low or medium friendship on the title screen and just TT ahead a day or two ahead but I can't risk it with almost all my dreamies complete /:

If you have high friendship with all the villagers, this is always more risky because you're likely to get unrelated pings which might make you miss out the "mover's" ping. This is also why I don't cycle in my main town.
But I haven't missed a single ping in my 2nd town yet - I only TT day by day though just to be safe.
