So, here is what is going on

I am creating a Winter town, you might of seen me post about it,
well due to a mistaken TT, I lost a precious villager to the town, Tutu,
Now I have been cycling all day, and haven't even been able to get the first villager out, and still have 15 more to do so I can get her out.
The town layout is nice, has apples as main fruit, the town hall and station I wanted.
I do have all my other "Dreamies" but a few of them I wish had better positions.

So here is my dilemma,
Should I spend the possible weeks to try and cycle and be frustrated to get tutu back?
Or should I store the furniture I want, the flowers I need, and anything else in my first town, and reset.
I mainly spend my bells on AC, and so I would be able to buy the villagers again (Most of them are lowered tier, so they aren't expensive, just harder to find)

Whats the better option?
I will make my decision later tonight,
I have tried so many different cycling techniques, and they just don't seem to work to get the most recent villager out.

i think it will b easier to cycle 16 villagrs then buy tutu again, dont u agree?

But see the hard part is, I have been cycling for most of the day, and haven't even budged the first villager, I would have 15 more to go after, which would be difficult.
Who knows how long it could take?

It would probably be easier to pick another dreamie and let it move out then keep going back and forth getting those two villagers out. Your 10th villager is very difficult to get out so it would be easier working with only 8 dreamies. I'd let another go(one that's in a location you don't really like), and try cycling that way and see if it works better for you. Hope I helped! ^_^

Yea I was thinking about doing that too, it could work, just have to think about who I would want to let go!

LOL I am so picky, I went through every single villager and did not like any of them to replace her>.<

I have to say that if your town is very new cycling might actually take longer than just redoing it. Although imagining having to map reset all over again would be giving me nightmares too.

Anyways my real advice would be to see if you can think of a replacement for her. If you have 9/10 villagers that you like then it might be worth sticking with it and adapting. I'm also doing a winter town (as I think you know) and I wanted Teddy and Maple to be my bears, but then I got Bluebear by accident and switched it up to be Bluebear and Poncho. Having a little bit of wiggle room with villagers is good because these kinds of mistakes happen all the time and will probably happen again eventually.

Good luck with whatever you choose!

I'd pick the villager that's in the location most bothersome to you or one you think you can easily get back. If you just started your cycle you would be able to get the second villager back as soon as Tutu comes back.

I'm very picky about villagers too and I think Tutu is kind of irreplaceable for a winter town so I can understand not wanting to replace her. If it was me I'd atleast try the cycle with one less dreamie and if it's too slow for you then restart. I wish you luck getting Tutu back! <3

I think I am gonna restart.
That way I can make sure I have all my villagers in places I really want them to be, not in places I have settled for!
Thank you for inputs, time to start the transfer of any furniture or flowers I collected into my first town (not that much) then to restart!
