If they let you, bring as many bags as you can and drop them in front of the station, keeping count by tens or twenty or whatever, so much faster than retailing, just drop bags I say.

find a better internet connection (like go to mcdonalds or somethin) and just do the retail method. prob best not to do it all at once, like break it up into visits of 9mil, total of 5 trips.
there is no better way.

Wow that's along time with 2 players moving the bells. It took me less to move 100 million and I did it myself.
If the Wifi is bad than it slows the dropping or the picking up. The player looks like their very old when they try to get the item.
Easier if you have an ABM machine in your or their house. The person giving you the bells could drop them in their event plaza and the train station first. Than they open the gates so you can pick them up. After you've picked up two pockets full they can start putting more down.
Save/quit a lot helps.
