This story is based off a true dream. I just experienced this for myself, seeing as I just woke up. Please note that this story is not finished due to me waking up before it was truly over.
Also, all characters in this story are made up. All created for the purpose of this story.

The school was having an assembly, and all of the students were required to be in attendance. Ms. Smith, and Mrs. Adams, the cafeteria cooks, had conjured up a very strange chemical solution. I began to walk up to the goo, but hesitated. Could you blame me though? It was gray like concrete, which is what it appeared to be. It had a gaseous smell ruminating from it. I glanced to my right for a moment, and noticed there was rubber gloves for testing. "Can we eat it?" many confused 5th graders asked. As many more strange questions rolled in, Mr. Lee, the schools student dean, grabbed his microphone. "Attention students!" he roared. "In this pot before you, is not what it may appear to be...It is not just normal concrete. It is a chemical extract of concrete, made to burn through anything except rubber. Now please, get in a neat and orderly line behind Ms. Smith." That was all he had to say, because everybody was already up and ready to test the concrete. I even found myself charging up to the line. "Hey Alex, what do you think that concrete is for?" Asked my friend Cody. "I don't know, maybe... to burn through to the center of the earth?" I responded. The line slowly moved along, as the 5th graders were taking 5 minutes just to stick they're finger in it. By the time I was three turns away, an hour had almost passed. Just as I was about to be up, a small child in front of me tipped the pot over. My heart skipped a beat because the concrete was right in front of me. I jumped back and yelled at the kid. "WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING?! YOU'RE GONNA GET US KILLED!!!" Well, there was much more in the pot than there appeared to be, because the whole school was covered in it. Except for me. All students from each grade made into a mad dash for the door to get outside before the concrete dried. One girl, named Joanna grabbed at the door, and got a glob of concrete on the handle. I watched as five hundred kids sprinted out the door to the last minutes of their life. I slowly walked out into the destroyed hallway where everyone has left a brief moment ago. I stood by the door, and some of the concrete got on my shoe. "Crap! I liked these shoes!!" I yelled. I looked down at the ground and noticed what had happened to everyone. They were turning to statues. Some had faces of half skin, and half stone. They begged and pleaded for me to help them, but all I could do was shake my head. Then I remembered that my shoes had concrete on them. I swiftly tore them off my feet, and went into a sprint to get home. I looked back and yelled, "Thanks you guys! You were good friends!" I then wondered if the concrete could spread, and my mind turned directly to my mother. I shook the idea out of my mind, and started running again.

And that's as far as my dream got... So what do you guys think?

Why was there a big slap of concrete again?
Got kinda lost after the "Can we eat it?" bit.

So there's a random pot of concrete? And how come the concrete didn't dry in the pot. And wouldn't it burn through the pot, unless it's rubber which is weird.
