A sticky thread in Museum for random art posts?

I only put out stuff occasionally so I don't feel like making my own soon-to-be abandoned thread about my art. Can we get a sticky thread where we can just post random art for show/critique? In fact, a critique thread would be great in itself.

If something like this already exists, let me know.

I actually made a thread for people to post their newest works in, but it never really caught on. I also attempted to make a one for critiquing the above person's art, but that didn't catch on either.

A sticky thread is our only hope.

If threads created for this purpose don't catch on then that tells us the opposite: that there is not enough interest in this type of thread and thus no need to have a sticky for it. If you look around the forum you'll see a lot of the existing stickies are for threads that would otherwise be created continuously. e.g. town resets, birthday thread, Steam friends, etc.

You have a point Tina but sometimes these threads are not posted in because they disappear off the first page too quickly. They are not active threads not because there is no interest, but because people don't know it exists. Museum is a slow place compared to many areas of the site so once it fades off the first page, it usually ends up gone for a while.

In any case let's keep it going, it's our responsibility to prove it matters

Makes sense. A dead sticky thread is the last thing anyone would want.

Sometimes I feel like threads like mine just get buried, though. If people saw them, I feel like they'd use them.
