to increase friendship with a villager can i do other things than do tasks?? does talking to them raise friendship?? what's the best way to get a picture??

a quick question about getting pictures??

Talking to them raises friendship, yeah. As far as I can see you have a chance to get a pic every time you do a task for them at max friendship, though some things MIGHT be more likely to get you the pic (give perfect fruit, complete petition or other high-level task). They can also give you the pic out of nowhere though - Tipper just mailed me hers one day.

Talk to them a lot. Do tasks, as you said. Collect signatures for petitions when they ask. When they ask for a fruit, get them a perfect non-native fruit. When they ask for a fish or bug, get them a rare one (a shark or golden stag or something). Yeah... you'll get there eventually. I'm trying to get them too. It's not easy.
