On a serious note, that's very weird, it does seem like a glitch... it could also be the devise. A couple of days ago I was playing with my switch on the dock and the tv seemed to be having feedback issues, it would look like there was a cursor moving around in the background, or some static would appear. I took my switch off the dock and used it handheld and nothing was going on, put my switch back on the doc and no more static.
