A Petition for Flora

Flora wants me to do a petition called "Late-Night Snacks for All". I'm hoping on getting her picture so I feel more comfortable with moving her out. I need her to move out so I can get an Uchi (preferably Cherry), but that's a story for another day.
Point is, can I come to someone's town to get my siggies?
