hmm... I am bad at thinking of this kind of stuff...

maybe a pokemon-themed maze of some sorts where you have to crack puzzles and stuff.
Or perhaps a luigi's mansion haunted house.

An F-Zero roller coaster? It would go so fast you'd die if it didn't slow down before it stopped.

I made a video game theme park in RCT3 already...the cool thing is you can put your own mp3's in the music folder in RCT3 and have the rides play your own music!

POKEMON STADIUM- Interactive Battles

Its an actual stadium and people can choose up to 6 Pokemon and have holographic matches with really cool special effects and such.

Anyone been to the Back to the Future or Jimmy Neutron rides at Universal? Well, there could be one like that with a Mario Kart theme.

The Pikmin would be hard to pull off, so they'd probably pull a Disney and use cheap animatronics. Lots of Pikmin cost lots of money.
